You can order a free CD with free shipping from Microsoft with Windows XP Service Pack 2. The service pack can also be downloaded from Windows Update, but it is about 75 megabytes, so if you have a slow connection the CD may be your best option. (International)

Microsift says the price is $3.99 - and I expect they add tax and shipping and handling. What happened to FREE???
