Free 8x10 Portrait?

JCPenney is offering a free portrait sitting and one free 8x10 portrait -- I think. You can also get a discount on traditional portrait sheets. They pulled the original page I was linking to and now have a page of printable coupons. However, I can't tell for sure if you can get the free portrait without a purchase from what is on the coupons.
If someone tries it out please report what you find in the comments.

The coupon says free when using the package offer. That means “free with purchase” in my book
You can get a free photo shoot free 10×8 portrait from any photographers who are members of www.photographers-united.com. .
They are only in the UK and Irland at the moment, but have plans to set up in the USA and South Africa soon.
