It is widely accepted that the holidays are the most stressful time of the year for many people. I often suggest online games and toys as helpful stress relievers, but sometimes you need a more powerful prescription for the stresses of life. Now, obviously, I can't give medical advice. If your stress is so severe that it needs medical attention, by all means seek out qualified help.
However, if all you need is a little calm in midst of life's hectic pace you will want to find out how to relax for free.
