The only catch is that their advertising banners will be displayed, so your site host cannot be Geocities or others that do not allow outside advertising.
If you are a bird lover or just love beautiful pictures you don't want to miss Winging It Post Office which is offered by The About.com Birding site. You have a wide selection of magnificent photographs to choose from. This is a great way to send a special note to someone.
Regards.com is another nicely designed and easy to use free greeting card site. They offer a huge variety of music and quotations you can add to your card. They also allow you to have a card sent at a later time.

If your time is limited and you want to one of the fastest and simplest to use sites to send your free greeting card you will want to try Citicom's site. This is in stark contrast to some of the sites I tried. A few of the sites had so many long pages of instructions to send your free greeting cards, I would prefer to go the store and actually pay money for my cards.
