Mousepads are a popular giveaway for both vendors and web surfers. Mousepads are a good choice for the vendors because they provide a relatively low cost way to get their name and logo on the desktops of customers. We freebie lovers like them because we can use them or even collect them. I have a few spares at home and the rest of the ones I've acquired are in a drawer at work in case I run across a poor padless mouse or two on my associates' desks.
I set out on a search mission to locate as many free mousepad offers as I could. I refused to settle for the two or three that are found on just about every freebies site on the Net. Quite a few current offers turned up, but I also found many that had ended. The moral of the story is if you find a free mousepad offer, don't wait, go for it. I think in many cases site owners find their offer to be much more popular than they had guessed. This leads into something else I noticed. More of the offers recently have some restrictions on who is eligible. It only makes sense for companies to try to target their likely customers.
