ImageStation from Sony gives you unlimited storage for photos and storage of 15 minutes of video. US and Canadian uses get 15 free prints. (international)

You can get 15 free prints. They appear to offer unlimited storage and provide free software for managing your photos. (international, US for free prints)

PhotoAccess.com
Offering unlimited lifetime storage and sharing of photos. They currently have an offer for 20 free prints. (international - prints US only, 18 or older)

PhotoIsland.com
They offer space for "hundreds of photos", but don't seem to define the actual space. You can send greeting cards with your photos. They have free image software to download and they claim to be the most secure photo storage site on the Web. (international)

Printroom.com
Printroom.com gives you 200 megs of storage space and allows you to host photos for your online auctions. They don't have a time limit as long as the photos are being accessed. You also can get their image editing software and 10 5x7 prints free. If you order the software and or prints you pay a small shipping charge.

Shutterfly
They are offering 15 free prints and unlimited storage. Share your photos with friends and family by invitation. (US, shipping charges for prints)

Snapfish
Snapfish will process your first three rolls of film for free plus shipping. If you upload digital photos, you get ten free prints. (US)
