Visit the Pathmark samples and coupons page and click on the any offer that interests you. A new window will open and you can complete the form to request the offer. Some offers may have survey questions also.
Offer Availability:
Although the Pathmark chain stores are only located in New York, New Jersey, and the Philadelphia area, the sample offers are available nationwide.
What are the risks in requesting the Pathmark offers?:
Pathmark is a reputable company, but the page they list as a privacy policy is really a legal disclaimer page. If that makes you nervous, you can use a junk email address.
