Visit the Neutrogena What's New page and click on the link for the offer that interests you. If you have not registered before you will need to fill out the registration before requesting the offer.

The offers are available to those 13 and older in the US while supplies last.
What are risks in requesting the free fragrance samples?:
I've registered for Neutrogena offers and have never received excessive email or postal mail. It still would not hurt to use a junk email account. They ask for date of birth which I would not fill out with total accuracy. The combination of your name, address, and date of birth is just too risky to enter online anywhere when not needed.
