How to get the free offer:

You will get a pop-up window where you can enter your name, email address, birth date, and choice of location. Note: I suggest using an approximate birth date whenever registering for offers. It may take a day or two to get the email response as it appears thay have a manual review process instead of an automated system.
Offer Availability:
The offer is available in the US. There is no stated end to the free appetizer certificate offer, but the offer may end or change at any time. The certificate that they email to you must be used within 30 days.
What are risks in requesting the free offers?:
The site clearly stats that they will not share your information. You can still feel free to use a junk email account as long as you can find your email certificate.
