5 Places to Get Free Printable Rulers

Find A Printable Ruler In Actual Size

By

The convenience of a printable ruler is something that I've taken advantage of more times than I can remember. I'm frequently misplacing my rulers and measuring tape and the quick print of a free printable ruler gets me going in quicker time then it would take to hunt the actual ruler down.

Printable rulers are also very convenient because they are more flexible than a plastic, wood, or metal ruler because you can bend them to measure just about anything.

If you're teaching your child or students about units of measurements then these printable rulers can really help with that and with them being paper, they can even decorate them to make the activity a bit more fun.

Tip: When printing a paper ruler make sure that you do not have the shrink to fit option turned on and page scaling should be set to none before you print. This will print the ruler at actual size with accurate units.

Tip: If you're looking for a sturdier printable ruler, try printing the ruler on cardstock instead of printer paper.
