Offer Processing Center hosts offers and promotions for consumer product companies and they have a list of their current free offers. At this writing, they only have a couple offers and neither one of them are Canadian, however, they have had many past Canadian offers.
If you click on the offer link you will see the list of offers and you can click on any of those that interest you and fill out the free offer form. This page is worth bookmarking since they seem to be keeping the offers list up to date and new offers may show up at any time.
