Microsoft is offering Office Accounting 2007 free. You can either download the 200 megabyte file or order a free CD-ROM. This is a single user accounting package intended for small businesses. It has integration of eBay and PayPal features.

Visit the Microsoft Idea Wins site and either click on the download link or click to order the CD.
Offer Availability:
The free accounting software is free to those in the US and requires Windows XP or Server 2003. It integrates with Microsoft Office, but I did confirm that it will install without MS Office installed. I can't vouch for how functional it is without Office.
What are risks in ordering the free CD or downloading the software?:
No credit card is required, so there is no financial risk. Microsoft is pretty good about only sending you email and advertising that you request. You will need to determine if the software meets your business needs.
