Visit the Offer Page on the Arthritis Foundation site. You may need to go to the next page of free literature. Click the add to basket link. On the next page you should see the 2008 Drug Guide in your cart listed as $0.00. Click the complete order button and then enter your shipping information and email address. There is a field for a promotional code, but it can be left blank.
Offer Availability:
The offer is free with free shipping in the United States. It appears the drug guide can be ordered from outside the United States, but a shipping fee will apply.
What are risks in requesting the free Drug Guide?:
I have ordered items from the Arthritis Foundation before and never received excessive mailings or email, but their privacy policy does state that they may share information with other organizations or companies. The order form asks for credit card information, but since the order total is $0.00 you do not need to (and should not) enter it.
