Very Best Toddler Magazine Subscription

From Lee Seats, for About.com

Offer Description: Nestlé USA is offering a free subscription to Very Best Toddler Magazine. Very Best Toddler has tips for raising toddlers 12 to 24 months of age.
How to get the free offer: Visit the Jucy Juice Very Best Toddler website and click on the offer link at the lower right. You can then select the magazine as well as a free nutrition guide and an email newsletter. Enter your email address and click continue. On the next page you enter your mailing information and create a password for the site. They also ask for ages of children and there is a mandatory survey.
Free subscription availability: The free subscription is available to US residents.
Who is making the free subscription offer?: The free subscription and the other offers are being made by Nestlé USA through their Juicy Juice brand.
How much effort is required to request the subscription?: The registration and survey take a little longer than for most free offers I list, but the survey is short compared to most registrations for free magazine subscriptions.
What is the likelihood the subscription will arrive?: I don't see any reason for the free subscription to not arrive unless they get a much higher response rate than they anticipated. With past Nestlé offers that I've seen they have had no problem meeting the demand.
What are the risks in requesting the offer?: Nestlé is a reputable company, but they obviously are interested in getting your information for advertising purposes. It is probably advisable to use your junk email account, but I wouldn't anticipate excessive mailings from them.
Shpping for Toddler Apparel?: If you happen to be looking for a good deal on clothes for your little boy or girl you can find some good deals here.
